We will also create 3 sitemap files (for your whole website, not just these 11 pages). All these pages will be 100% compliant with the W3C rules, so they will be Search Engine Friendly. You will receive a report for all the critical areas of your website (the analysis is limited to the home page, plus a few other pages) including the positioning for 3 key-phrases you think are the most important for your website. Many of our competitors offer some sort of website analysis for free, but we know that most of the time they don't go to visit your website, and in return you do not receive an actual report, but a generic letter asking for money. Their "analysis" requires no more than 5-10 minutes and is completely useless for your SEO Strategy. Our report, on the other hand, will tell you if your website is Search Engine Friendly (and if not we will explain why) and if there are issues with the navigation structure; you do not want to lose Customers due to a poorly designed interface. This is a global service for your Search Engine Optimization and Marketing Strategy. We can provide all the services you need. The hourly cost is tailored for fast interventions; for larger projects we prefer to quote services not by the hour, but by the project. We accept this service exclusively on a retainer basis (minimum of 8 hours).

We offer a ranking report of your main key-phrases for major Search Engines; the number of key-phrases multiplied by the number of search engines cannot exceed 100. This bi-monthly report will be delivered to you by email and the commitment is for a minimum of 3 months. With this report you have the feedback of your SEO efforts. It is a stand-alone service and does not require the subscription of other services; in order to complete this report we will need the 15-20 key-phrases to be monitored. If you have purchased our Key-phrase Search/Targeting service, we will use those phrases to perform the ranking check. This report include also an analysis of up to 3 of your competitors and a list of website linking to yours. Every 15 days you will receive 6 emails showing your progress in your Search Engine strategy. This is a must have service.

If you have access to your server's raw logs, we can perform an in depth analysis of your logs; where visitors come from, through which Search Engine and Key-phrase, etc. Please note that this service has nothing to do with the simple statistics graph normally provided by your hosting company. This bi-monthly analysis requires a minimum commitment of 3 months and it is delivered to you by email.

If you have an online business and if your uptime is critical, this is a must have service. Think of this; if your hosting company (or your own server) has a 99.7% average uptime, your website will be not work for about 26 hours and 28 minutes in a year. With this service we check the availability of your web server every 5 minutes and we will send you an email to let you know when the web server is not working; we will also inform you by email when the server is back up again. This service is crucial in order to test the reliability of your web server. We suggest to use an email address not managed by your server for these alerts, since it's possible that not only the web server is down at a given moment, but the email server too! 3 months minimum commitment.
